2025 BPOA Annual Members Meeting Info
The Annual Members Meeting will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the Briarcliff Community Center.
This year, we have three positions open for election on the BPOA Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists of nine members, each serving a three-year term. Each year, the terms of three board members expire, and those positions are filled by property owners who submit their bios for election. The three candidates receiving the highest number of votes will fill the vacancies.
We have five candidates running in this election, and we encourage you to read their bios. Join us for a Meet & Greet to learn more about them on Wednesday, March 26, 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. at the Briarcliff Community Center.
The official meeting announcement and ballot will be mailed via USPS by mid-March. You are requested to return your ballot using the return envelope provided. You may submit your ballot in one of the following ways:
- Hand delivery: Deliver to the BPOA office no later than 12 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025.
- Mail via USPS: Ensure it is postmarked no later than Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
In either case, your printed name, address, and/or lot number(s) must be visible on the outside of the mailing envelope for your ballot to be counted. Only one ballot per household will be accepted.
Please note: Ballots received after the deadlines, including those presented at the annual meeting, will not count.
