The FY2025-2026 budget and maintenance fees OPTION A, as proposed at the Annual Budget Meeting on October 21, 2024, was approved by a vote of 47 for Option A to a vote of 35 for Option B: a total of 82 eligible votes.

 

The dues will increase to a rate of $327/residential lot and $773/commercial lot. Maintenance fees are assessed annually and due by January 31, 2025. Yearly dues statements will be mailed out by the end of October 2024. If you pay by November 30, 2024, you will receive a 5% discount.
