UPDATE: July 4th Celebration Canceled – But the Parade Might Go Rogue!
We’re sad to say that due to the steady rain in the forecast all morning and afternoon, we’re canceling the July 4th celebration – no waterslide, food, face painting or balloons today. We know we said, “rain or shine,” but we want to do what’s best for the neighborhood, and we just don’t think many folks would enjoy soggy festivities.

BUT! The parade might still roll on – Briarcliff-style.

We’re calling it a “Residents Go Rogue” parade:
If you’ve got your golf cart decorated and ready, and the rain isn’t too bad by 9:30 a.m., you’re more than welcome to cruise the route and keep the tradition alive. Line up at 21816 Briarcliff Dr. at 9:30 a.m. and do your thing. Even if it’s low-key, it still brings a little joy and red-white-and-blue spirit to the day.

We're planning to reschedule all the fun (waterslide, food, music and more) for a back-to-school/end-of-summer bash, where we promise it won’t rain on your parade.

Thanks for understanding, and Happy 4th of July!
