At the January BPOA monthly meeting the board voted to send a referendum asking the membership if we should spend money to draw up architectural and engineering plans in order to get formal bids for a pool for our community. The referendum has been sent to property owners and outlines possible estimated costs. Every member of BPOA may vote- please look for  it soon in the mail, and send your vote in to count! The Referendum is due on February 17th into the BPOA office.
