Briarcliff neighbor Velma D. Kelley passed away  on November 16th, 2010. Funeral services celebrating Velma's life will be a 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 19, 2010 in the Memorial Chapel of Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions in Velma's name be made to the Fellowship Baptist Church of Marble Falls, Texas Baptist Children's Home of Round Rock, or the Ronald McDonald House of Austin.
