Firewise USA

 

We have been a Firewise USA community for several years and we plan to continue maintaining that status.  Please help us by informing the Village of effort you are making to “fire proof” your property.  Cutting back trees away from your house, trimming tall grasses close to your house, raising the level above ground of your trees, removing cedar trees from your property, etc.

 

The Village has information regarding Firewise USA and how you can help protect your home from wildfires.  You can also get an analysis done of your property free of charge.
