Congratulations are in order for two members of the Village staff. Village Clerk Tina Linder and Assistant Village Clerk Angela Burton recently graduated from the Texas Municipal Clerks Certification Program. The program is a professional development program comprised of four courses of study covering finance, law, administration and public relations. Completion requires hundreds of hours of individual study, attendance to seminars for contact instruction, and successful completion of four examinations. There are only approximately 640 certified Municipal Clerks in Texas, and Briarcliff now has two of them!
