New Brush Pick Up Process Due to COVID-19
Hello residents of Briarcliff, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and the national and statewide quarantine, we don’t feel it’s safe to perform the brush pick-up this year.  However, we understand that our residents still need to dispose of the brush piles that have accumulated since the last brush pick-up, and therefore we will be offering free 45 day brush drop off at the community brush pile, weekdays May 4th- June 12th.

Each resident will be allowed to drop off one trailer or truck’s worth of brush.
To schedule a date and time for the brush drop off, please contact Leslie at the BPOA office by phone, and she will coordinate with the Roads and Grounds crew to open the brush pit and allow for your drop off.

Some rules to what can be dropped off:   no cacti, palms or oak tree limbs, and nothing over 6 inches in diameter.  If you have any questions on what can and cannot be dropped, one of our team can drive by your home to review your brush prior to your bringing it to the pit.
Please be ready to unload your brush at the pile, as our team will have limited ability to assist, due to the social distancing protocols.
Also, keep in mind that if you need any mulch at this time, you can also schedule a drop off of one trailer’s worth of mulch at your property.
