BPOA Resale Certificate Fees
To order the resale certificate package, email theoffice@briarcliff-poa.com. Fees are $150 for the Resale Certificate and $150 for the Transfer Fee, with a turnaround time of 48 hours.
Community Center & Park Reservation Agreements
In order to reserve the BPOA Community Center or Park, please fill out the appropriate agreement form and submit it to the office to ensure the date/time is available. You must contact the BPOA office and pay the deposit to reserve.
