UPDATE: July 4th Celebration Canceled – But the Parade Might Go Rogue!
We’re sad to say that due to the steady rain in the forecast all morning and afternoon, we’re canceling the July 4th celebration – no waterslide, food, face painting or balloons today. We know we said, “rain or shine,” but we want to do what’s best for the neighborhood, and we just don’t think many folks would enjoy soggy festivities.
Oak Tree Trimming Allowed from July 1, 2025 to February 1, 2026
Although trimming is now allowed, please continue to seal tree wounds immediately!
Updated Stage Two Mandatory Outdoor Watering Schedule
The Stage Two Mandatory Outdoor watering schedule. This schedule limits automated spray irrigation for landscapes and Hose end sprinkler to the following days:
ALL CUSTOMERS LIMITED TO 1 DAY PER WEEK
  • Residential addresses ending in odd numbers: Wednesdays and/or Saturdays
  • Residential addresses ending in even numbers: Thursdays and/or Sundays
  • Commercial, Multifamily and HOAs: Tuesdays and/or Fridays
