2026 BPOA Fall Brush Pickup
The Briarcliff Property Owners Association (BPOA) will offer a brush pickup service on March 25 & 26, 2026 (weather permitting). This service is free for BPOA residents.
Because pickup is limited to two days, the crew can only service a set number of property owners. Pickups are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Read more to learn how to sign up!

Oak Tree Trimming Is Not Allowed
Oak tree trimming is not allowed in Briarcliff starting February 1, 2026 until July 1, 2026.

Updated Stage One Mandatory Outdoor Watering Schedule
The Stage One Mandatory Outdoor watering schedule. This schedule limits automated spray irrigation for landscapes and Hose end sprinkler to the following days:
ALL CUSTOMERS LIMITED TO 2 DAYS PER WEEK
- Residential addresses ending in odd numbers: Wednesdays and/or Saturdays
- Residential addresses ending in even numbers: Thursdays and/or Sundays
- Commercial, Multifamily and HOAs: Tuesdays and/or Fridays
